Derived from the famous Panzerkampfwagen V Panther, the Jagdpanther proved to be superior to any Allied opponent in battle due to its successful combination of mobility, armor protection and firepower. The Jagdpanther with an 8.8 cm Pak 43/3 L/71 was produced from January 1944. Drive: 600 hp V 12-cylinder Maybach petrol engine, top speed: 55 km/h. Crew: 5 men.
