Reproducing the weathering of surfaces exposed to harsh climatic conditions is difficult to achieve and whitewashes offer the perfect solution.
For models painted in grey/grey and dark colours; they are also ideal for rain marks and pin washes.
For armour, vehicles, aircraft, ships, figures and wargame figures. All surfaces exposed to sun, wind and dust, rain and snow, undergo a change in colour, a loss of intensity, a dulling and a general discolouration which is however not homogeneous or global. For the modeller, these colour changes are very difficult to reproduce, and to achieve these effects on a model, washes or filters are the perfect solution.
